     The Army Combat Fitness Test is the new physical test of record for the U.S. Army. This new test will require soldiers to train more comprehensively than ever before as it tests nearly all aspects of fitness including strength, power, speed, coordination, and endurance. The test is comprised of the following six events:

1) Three Repetition Maximum Deadlift

2) Standing Power Throw

3) Hand Release Push-up - Arm Extension

4) Sprint-Drag-Carry

5) Leg Tuck

6) Two Mile Run

Our programs are designed to help you achieve the highest level of success on the ACFT. 

6-Week Personalized Program

Want to crush the ACFT? This program is for you. Whether you’re struggling to pass or going for the max, we’ve got you covered. This 6-week individualized program is made just for YOU based off your ACFT score and a short questionnaire (Haven’t taken the ACFT yet? No worries! We can still identify your strengths and weaknesses and establish the optimal program for you!). The program will be tailored to the number of days you are able to commit to train, the workout equipment you have at your disposal, and any medical diagnoses or orthopedic issues you may have. Online access to tutorial videos for each exercise is also included.

6-Week Personalized Program PLUS

This program includes all the bells and whistles of the regular 6-week individualized program PLUS direct access to your trainer and weekly accountability. Direct access to your trainer means that you can contact your trainer directly any time if you have any questions, need to substitute an exercise, want your form critiqued, or just need a word of encouragement. Weekly accountability means that your trainer will be contacting you weekly to make sure you are staying on track with your program, and answer any questions you may have about the week’s workouts.
