The life of a military spouse is full of unpredictability and change, often making fitness difficult to prioritize and progress in. This 6-week program is made specifically for YOU and your unique goals and needs based on a short questionnaire. Feel confident in your training and receive the support you deserve!

The first month's program is made specifically for YOU and your unique goals and needs based on a short questionnaire. The following months' programs will progress you further in your fitness journey and fluidly adjust as needed (I understand life happens!). Feel confident in your training and receive the support you deserve!

Level 1

This program is for those starting fresh in their fitness journey who want to build a solid foundation of both muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance.

$25 USD 

Length of Program: 6 weeks 

Training Days Per Week: 3

Split: 1 lower body day, 1 upper body day, 1 full body day

Equipment Needed: Full gym (hex bar or barbell, kettlebells or dumbbells, and bench; resistance bands preferred but not required)

Level 2

This program is for those who have some experience in the weight room but want to take their physical fitness to the next level with a challenging, effective program. 

$25 USD

Length of Program: 6 weeks 

Training Days Per Week: 4

Split: 2 lower body days (with cardio) and 2 upper body days (with core)

Equipment Needed: Full gym (hex bar or barbell, kettlebells or dumbbells, and bench; resistance bands preferred but not required)

This program is for those experienced in the weight room who want to improve their overall fitness with a challenging, effective program designed to make great lifestyle athletes even greater.

Length of Program: 6 weeks 

Training Days Per Week: 5

Split: 2 lower body days (one with some cardio), 2 upper body days (with core), and 1 cardio day 

Equipment Needed: Full gym (hex bar or barbell, kettlebells or dumbbells, and bench; resistance bands preferred but not required)

Consulting

This program is great for those of any fitness level with limited equipment who want to upkeep their physical fitness.

Length of Program: 6 weeks 

Training Days Per Week: 3

Split: 1 lower body day, 1 upper body day, 1 full body day

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells & resistance bands (a few of each is preferred but not required
